We keep this simple and we keep your data to a minimum. This policy explains what the ParentUp website collects and why.
What we collect
- Basic analytics. Aggregated, privacy-respecting usage data (pages viewed, approximate country, referrer) to understand what's helpful and which articles lead people to the app.
- Approximate location. We use your approximate country (from your connection) only to show the right local support services on sensitive articles. We don't store it.
- Nothing you have to give us. You can read every article without an account or signing in.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't build advertising profiles of you. The website doesn't require you to create an account.
The app
The ParentUp app has its own privacy policy covering the data you choose to share there (such as your child's profile). This website policy only covers your visit here.
