Delete your ParentUp account
Deleting your account permanently erases your family's data. This cannot be undone.
In the app (immediate)
- Open ParentUp and go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete account and confirm
This immediately and irreversibly deletes your login, your profiles, your children's profiles, all moments and photos, patterns, and everything else tied to your account — from our servers and from your device.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@parentup.co from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my ParentUp account". We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your login and email address
- Your parent profile and all questionnaire answers
- All child profiles
- All Story moments, photos and milestones
- All check-ins, journal reflections and patterns
- Co-parent links (your partner keeps only their own account)
Backup copies expire within 30 days of deletion. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play — cancel in the Play Store to stop billing ( deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription).
